Dr. Hopkins and her staff are very professional. Their esprit d'corp in the office is infectious and makes the experience of being there very pleasant. Dr. Hopkins attention to detail is extremely important to me; as well as, communicating what she is doing; that is,her game plan for you to attain the goals you want to achieve while under her care. I have found the fees she charges are very fair. In addition to her practice, Dr.Hopkins and her staff annually participate in the North Cities Walk, a fund raiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

I've always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Hopkins. She is customer-oriented and very accommodating with her schedule. Great staff and modern office too. You feel they truly want to make you happy with your smile. Highly recommended.

I have been with Dr Hopkins since 2007. My son and his family became patients after I recommended her. We have always been treated with respect and have rarely waited past our appointment time. There is always the chance of the unexpected delay in any medical procedure. She did have a new front desk person last year that was rough around the edges. She seemed very demanding and didn't seem to fit in with Dr H and her assistant. But, someone has to take care of the business end and I guess she is the one. I have never heard her talk disrepectfully to Dr H. Not saying it never happened. But having known Dr H for a few years my guess is she addressed this bad behaviour in private as a professional should.

Beware of Dr. Christine Hopkins! She only thinks of money. She advertises that she honors insurance companies, but will tell you to your face that she "can't make any money" working for insurance rates. She then sets her own rates, pressuring a person to sign while totally ignoring the insurance company. She refuses even to submit a predetermination to an insurance company unless contacted by the insurance company. She will have you believe that her work is superior and "advanced." Not true! I left with a brown spot on a front tooth repair. Her front office helper is dominating, aggressive, angry and even frightening, but Dr. Hopkins will not stop her. On another visit, coming out of nowhere, she stomped into the room while I was talking to Dr. Hopkins and shouted, "Another patient is waiting, and we're going to permanently cement this work right now!" - as if a doctor! Never have seen anything like this traumatic scene that happened to me in Dr. Hopkin's office. Beware!

I felt as though Dr. Hopkins and her entire staff worked above and beyond as compared with all the other dentists that I have encountered in my 63 years of going to a dentist. Dr. Hopkins worked tirelessly to make sure that all my procedures were as close to perfect as possible. Everyone that I came in to contact with in Dr. Hopkin's office made the patient feel important and everyone was profeessional, congenial and concerned. I recommend Dr. Hopkins without a doubt. I have encouraged many of my colleagues to make an appointment with Dr. Hopkins. I have retired from my job in the state of Texas and have fully retired to the state of Oklahoma, however, Dr. Hopkins will continue to be my dentist of choice. She is worth my 2 1/2 hour drive back to her office in Texas. Try Dr. Hopkins and you will be truly surprised and satisfied.

Avoid at all costs, she only wants money and it not a perfectionist. She will rush your procedure just to get the next clients in faster. She will mess up on your procedure and then lie to your face about it. Do not go to this dentist! Trust me it is not worth it.
