I like Dr. Chris Schwarz. Great doctor, very thorough, answers my questions and doesn't appear rushed. However, the office management leaves a lot to be desired. It took me almost a week to make follow-up appointment after a hospital stay. I left several messages (none were returned) and had to complain to the office manager to get an appointment. They also do not do a good job of informing you of test results. I had an MRE three weeks ago and still haven't been told of the results. Messages were left but not promptly returned.

Found Dr pleasant and forthcoming. Answered all our questions without appearing rushed. We had minimal contact with staff but found no problem. We had full disclosure including risks/benefits as well as difficulties encountered. Would certainly consult him in future if needed.
