Left after my colonoscopy, no communication, had to wait a month for a followup to discover he removed a polyp and couldn't do a full colonoscopy because of a partial blockage. Total bozo, left me twisting in the wind with abdominal pain for the resulting month, now seeing a new doctor that actually cares enough to do follow-ups.
