I have gone to many dentist in my lifetime but none surpass Dr. Cha. I was very reluctant due to some very bad dentistry when I was a teenager but I have gained much trust due to the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Cha and also his staff. He talked to me like person and explained all that he was going to do and what would benefit me. One weekend, I was in so much pain and could hardly talk. I left a voice message and within an hour I received a call to come in to check it out. It was an infection that if had not been looked at that day, could have cost me a great deal of health issues. Thank you for all that you and your staff do for your patients. I am glad I found your office.

Dr Cha is the most rude and confused dentist. He is very unprofessional and does not know how to separate his emotions from his work. There is a thin line between being passionate about what you do and being unprofessional with patients. Telling a patient that you were annoyed because they requested you removed a molding and then put it back is not his place. The procedure is not free and everyone should have a right to do as a please with their mouth.

Dr Cha is a wonderful dentist. I wish all doctors could be this good. He helps patients understand their problem then always explains all of possible solutions. His work is excellent, fast, and gentle. He understands that dental work is expensive and makes sure to give options each patient can afford.
