Went to him for a Top masculinization consult. I have look at numerous different surgeon’s results for people with the same body type as me, so i know a general idea of what is plausible for me. I understand that everyone is different, but he tried to tell me the outcome I wanted was unrealistic and said no matter what i’d need revisions. He told me Id be better off just tattooing my nipples on instead of grafting them because what i was asking for was too complex. All i asked for was smaller nipples? Then had the audacity to suggest gastric bypass for me. Excuse me? I’m not even 265 pounds? None of the other surgeons I have consulted with even mentioned weight being a problem. If he did not have the ability to give me what I was wanting, he should have just said that instead of proceeding to insult me for the last 15 minutes of the consult. If you are a larger trans man looking for top surgery, look somewhere else.

Dr. Ghaderi was a great doctor to me! I had to get breast reconstruction surgery for a tumor and he very patient in explaining how everything was going to be done. He was honest on how the surgery would go and how recovery was going to be so I could prepare myself. The result were great. I couldn't be happier with the final result. His staff was wonderful. Always felt welcomed walking to his office. Couldn't have asked for a nicer staff

Dr. Ghaderi was straight forward about the tummy tuck procedure. I am about 8 weeks from surgery and very happy with the results. I had a double mastectomy because of breast cancer. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Ghaderi and his staff. they were wonderful. I'm so glad I went to him. The cancer is now in the past and it was the best thing I could of ever done.
