Dr Patel never shows up for his appointment and reschedules about 5 times for one issue. His staff said he is having personal issues and that has drastically affected him. He was an excellent doctor. You cannot even speak to someone in that office.

We have been going to this dentist for 8 years and never had any issues until recently. My family has been very happy with them. Beginning late summer they began cxl appts. Due to personal issues. When we finally got in there was another dentist there. I had a bad toothache and needed to se them. They put me off for 3 weeks staying more personal issues, deaths in family and would cxl my appt as I was standing in a dark hallway 5 minutes before my appointments. I went to a new dentist as I was never able to get a hold of them again. I just read he has been suspended. I am very angry that he has treated his patients like this. We can't even get our dental records. Luckily I found a great dentist but have no idea what happened after all of these years.

Up until recently, my visits and my children's visits were good. Here's my gripe....I paid for my daughter's crown back in April 2013 and it is now Oct 29, 2013 and she still does not have her permanent crown! Now, it has fallen out. All summer they kept rescheduling appointments and most times not even calling to inform you before you waste time, money and gas driving there.I have repeatedly requested a refund, which was close to $500 (out of pocket) plus insurance, but all I keep getting is broken promises of a callback that never happens. Now, I am pissed! I called the State Board of Dental Examination today and found out that Mr.Patel's license is suspended! All I want is to either for his office to provide me with another dentist to place the crown or simply refund me the money I paid so I may have the services done elsewhere. I am not sure why it is so hard to just write me a check for what I paid for, but did not receive the services in return! Anyone else having the same issue?

Excellent dentist... Like the fact that he takes pictures so I can see what's going on in my mouth. Nice staff and rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Fortunate they are in network with my insurance.

He was a good Dentist......but now I would stay far away. He broke 10 appointments over the last few months. I don't know of anyone that has destroyed there own company till now.... so Find a new Dentist I did.

I hate to do this. I always like to give people the benefit of a doubt and I don't recall ever writing anyone a bad review, but I had several bad experiences in Dr. Patel's office, so here goes... My first indication that I should change dentists was that I had a lot of discomfort in his chair. I'm a totally zen patient -- way more invasive procedures don't even get a flinch out of me. When I squirmed and held up my hand as an indication to stop, Dr Patel took a step back, gave me an agitated look, and a curt WHAT?? Now BOTH the crowns he did for me have failed -- within a year of getting them. One of them was not completely sealed and I got a cavity underneath. When I spoke to Dr Patel about it he said he wouldn't cover re-doing them because I don't take care of my teeth. SOOOO not true, but that was his excuse. Fortunately they're being fixed by another dentist but it's costing me thousands because insurance wont pay for it again so soon after the initial procedure. WAY not happy!

I've had 3 visits with Dr. Patel and he's been nothing but fantastic. For me, he fixed about 6 cavities and placed a partial crown on a back molar. A year later, everything is perfect. He spent a ton of time making sure my bite was perfect after he did the fillings and crown. I've almost never had to wait more than 5 minutes and his staff is great. Seriously great dentist. I've recommended him to all my friends and family. I'm not sure how he received these other reviews.
