Had zero bedside manners. Been going to them for over a year now. Has not bothered to read through my file at all. Then suggests things synonymous to what I am. Did not treat me like a patient, let alone a human being.

I have been going to this Dr's office for 15 years, previously seen by Dr Hartzog. Once he retired I was transfered over to Dr Hembd. I love the staff and the PA's! I only saw Dr Hartzog, but since being transfered I have seen PA's everytime but once. I love the PA's I have seen! They seem to be in the know, smart, and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking care. Dr Hembd is very smart and listens to his patients.

Probably the worst experience Ive had with a doctor's office. Change appointments without telling patient. Always see PA who doesnt know anything. When I did see Dr. Hembd, he indicated I tore all the ligaments in my lower back. Ask about pain going down left leg, PA looks as though she has never scene this. Says thats a different problem and we cant do anything else for me. Better off going to physical therapy..they seem to know more than this doctors office for some reason. Office staff is ok. Wait for office visit is too long (7 weeks for me).

I love Dr. Hemb. He has helped me tremendously. As far as the front office, I have had no troubles with them and they have been nothing but helpful to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Hemb to anyone who want great care.

Dr. Hemb was an average doctor but he has a very below average staff. They are rude and frequently lose your information. Furthermore, I have heard them say horrible things about patients after they get off the phone with them. I really was put off by my experience. I hope all doctors offices are not like this.
