George is the only psychiatrist I have ever seen that hasn't immediately made me feel judged. He is kind, compassionate and very supportive. I only wish I'd found him sooner.

Intelligent, kind and empathetic. Many psychiatrists have a big ego and it’s hard to open up to them. George Anasson listens with compassion and educates you about your thinking style and core beliefs before recommending a medication. I was misdiagnosed by a previous psychiatrist who was to busy, impatient and egotistic to go through a correct diagnosis screening. George is happy to be challenged if something is not working but be firm if you are not meeting him in the middle. A humble and patient psychiatrist, who would have ever thought they existed? My daughter stated that Dr George Anasson is the best if not one of the best Psychiatrist you can have. We have been interstate for almost 4 years and to get back on the book is quite unfortunate due to heavy loads. We are very thankful of the time Dr Anasson had given us. SDamiano

Doesn't push patients to take medications like some do. . Listens , understands and allows patients to make decisions about the treatment options the patient wants.
Doesn't wear a suit, which I like, as he feels more approachable. He doesn't have standard Psychiatrist God complex.
