I had an appointment with this doctor for nosebleeds I've been having for a month and a half. She asked me to tell her what was happening. I got one sentence out and she immediately cut me off. She is extremely rude, dismissive, DOES NOT LISTEN AND DOES NOT CARE. She literally laughed at me when I answered her question about how often I blow my nose. My goal for this visit was surely not her amusement.
Do not spend time with this woman in any way. She needs to learn some social skills to better function in civilization and more importantly her work. She also needs to understand she is chosen by patients, not entitled to them.
I now regret that my insurance has to pay a dime for me and my husband, whom she also treated extremely rudely, for such a terrible interaction with a doctor who looks down on everyone who crosses her path (based on the reviews I'm seeing, which do not differ much from mine).

She is paid 100 dollars a minute: a fifteen minute visit cost $1,500. That is extortionate. And they compounded that with blackmail: if you pay right away, it will only cost you $980

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Love. Communicates well, very professional and very caring. Performed restorative surgery after Mohs surgery. Hardly any scarring.

Horrible bedside manners. Huge ego - full of herself. Showed no interest in me as a patient. Totally misdiagnosed my condition - could have killed me had I taken her advice and not found a competent practitioner who correctly diagnosed the malignant tumor on my vocal cord. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Ms. Love; do not accept an appointment or consultation with her.

Don't go near this doctor. She diagnosed me with trench mouth and told me not to worry, it was just an infection. Two weeks later when I went to ENT at UNM Hospital I found out I had 4th stage tongue cancer. This was the 3rd time I was misdiagnosed at the clinic. She shows no interest at all in her patients nor in following up, as do the other doctors in this clinic.
