I've been a patient of Dr. Rakshak for over 4 years and I'm very satisfied with him and his staff, his work, and his prices. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. Dr. Rakshak is always looking out for the patient and provides honest advice and input regarding oral health and help.

In all my decades of exposure to dentistry, the times I have seen Dr. Rakshak, have been the more satisfying of any of my previous experiences. He is extremely knowledgable and exercises this knowledge and his skills to the utmost advantage of his clients.I had quite a few procedures (root canal, tooth build up and two crowns) and could not be happier with them. It was actually painless, both during the actual work, as well as afterward. I am looking forward (yes, actually forward) to having more work done by Dr. Rakshak, who is most professional, educated, skilled and absolutely what I have been looking for in a doctor. The finished work is better than I ever expected it could be in spite of being told that there was no way to save one of the teeth by other dentists. He not only saved it, it looks and feels like my own tooth. I am amazed at how carefully and perfectly he practices dentistry. I would reccommend his work to any and everyone. Plus he is both charming and personable.

WORST PLACE EVER, we are going to sue them for what they did. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Do you research they have more negatives on the web then they do positives. Actually the only positive I have ever seen online was this website and only 1 post. Interesting must be someone that works there. Either way I have hired a lawyer and plan to sue them.

I went to Dr. Rakshak to get my wisdom teeth pulled. One of the teeth's root was curved and locked in the jaw bone. Dr. Rakshak told me that the jaw bone would have to be cut. I was very scarred but Dr. Rakshak and his staff made me feel comfortable and turned out that Dr. Rakshak did not have to cut my jaw bone to pull the wisdom tooth out. I have highly recommended Dr. Rakshak to all my friends and family. They all speak highly of him as well. Some other people may speak badly of him and his staff. But I think those are just people who don't want ot pay their out of pocket co-pay and wil fo anything to get out of it. Or they are just Problamatic people!

On 1/29 & 2/5 received poor service. Went for a root canal and staff doctor broke off file in tooth and failed to tell me until a week later when he could not remove it. Tried a second time to remove broken file and failed. Refused to take responsibility for error and would not agree to assisting with resolution. Tooth had to be extracted and implant needed. Rakshak Dental Group unwilling to work with me.Very unethical tatic to send a patient home without disclosing that a file was imbedded in their gum. Merely gave me vicodin, coedine and amoxicillin, but not forthcoming with the real reason why. Only told me that they were not able to finish and that I would need to return in a week to finish the root canal. Lost all trust and faith that my best interest was being considered. Dr. tried to bill my insurance company for $950 when the quoted price was $650 and the procedure was not covered by my insurance.

The crowns that I had replaced at Rodeo dental by Dr. Simms and Dr. Rakshak are cracking and coming apart. In Masch of 06 3 teeth of a 7 tooth bridge cracked or chipped. Dr. Simms cut out 1 front tooth from the bridge and han a new one made and Dr. Rakshak put it in . I asked about the other cracked ones and Rakshak said that he was going to buy the business from Simms and that he had 2 offices and tht he would take care of teeth if they got worse. I took his word. I went to see him on 2-25-09 and he said he was not fixing any more of Simms problems Simms left him in a mess and crowns only last for 6 years. I have crowns in that are over 20 years old. So thats a line of b.s. What recourse do I have left besides going to court? Dr. Simms also had to replace a 4 piece bridge he put in because it cracked He said it was poor quality.I believe that they used the cheapest materal and hoped it would work. Now What??
