I went to her for a second opinion on some work i needed. Dr. Smith did a full exam for me while also explaining what needed to be done and why. Which my other dentist did not. I am on a limited budget and she was more than willing to work with me on the most critial extractions and fillings first and not push me to anything other than what I truly needed. Although i still have work to be done and will be going back to her, I have so much relief from my firstfirst visit with her and am grateful to find an honest dentist in my area i can rely on.

I'll start by saying I dread going to the dentist and having just moved to Pahrump I had been putting it off for as long as possible. Just recently I damaged the bonding on 2 of my teeth. I went to Dr. Erika and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

The office is clean and nice, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes before I was called, and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient.

Dr. Erika Smith is pleasant and professional and did great work on my broken bonding. She eyed the color and matched it perfectly. I left the office quite surprised with how good my teeth looked and how little discomfort I felt. I have had so many bad experiences in the past I always go into a dental office on edge, but this was one of the few times I can say I enjoyed the trip to the dentist. The prices here were very reasonable since I didn't have dental insurance.
All things considered it was a very pleasant visit to the dentist, and I'm certain that I have found my dentist for my time in Pahrump.

If she's a privides the new services of braces the new technique she DOESNT DO why does she grind down young adults when they have good roots and then puts caps on them and leave them there where there's an infection this woman should not be practicing any type of Dentistry

The office was clean, and the staff was friendly but do not be fooled. My family and I went there for a basic cleaning and checkup and all seemed well until we got the bills in mail. Our insurance was charged for treatments that were never done including sealants, fillings, x-rays and others that were not even agreed upon on our treatment plans. Avoid this dentist at all costs. We are currently working with the BBB to investigate the fraudulence.

Has no consideration for any of her patients. Talked bad about everyone even her staff. Didn't finish working on my teeth after pulling out one and making the other ones lose because she said she will do it when she has time and scheduled me two weeks later. Hello thats why I made an appointment in the first place! I went in at 2 and got out at 6! My mother called her and asked why she didnt finish and she said because I had an infection. If I had an infection no dentist in thier right mind would touch it! I even had to go to the hospital to get pain killers cause she left the tooth lose, pops my jaw twice and cut my lip on the inside and gives me no pain killers. The next day her assistant calls my mother and asks how I was and my mom told her what happen. After that dentist calls my mom and tells her I was a lier and overdramatic, and that she didnt want me coming back. Yeah like I would ever go back there after what she did to me!
