I originally had an appointment with Dr Mazur several years ago for a second opinion on my chronic pain, fibromyalgia and other related problems diagnosed by another specialist doctor. I felt I was going nowhere hence the second opinion. Dr Mazur I found to be very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in my personal chronic issues. She is very thorough, thinks outside the box, has altered my medications, which have helped me greatly. She also reliably sends reports to my other specialist doctors, including my GP. I have great confidence with her and highly recommend her.

Dr Margaret Mazur is a knowledgeable, skilled practitioner with empathy, humour and patience. I have been attending her for many years after my previous Rheumatologist retired. My experience has been so positive that my husband, with a medical background, decided to attend her as well. He also has been most impressed with her interactions.

Had high hopes after reading positive reviews. Massive let down and complete waste of money. If she can't prescribe a drug to you she doesn't want to even discuss issues. Spoke negatively about another of her patients that had control over their arthritis through diet and didn't feel the need for pharmaceuticals. I then told her that I too had very obvious improvements from a diet change as well. It was as if she didn't want to treat me from then on. Have had surgeries starting at 9 years old removing bone growths and arthritis from around the same time along with many other issues. Said she couldn't prescribe me anything and offered no other advice. For those interested, the diet her other patient she mentioned and I used to help is a low/no starch diet. I guess we were potentially taking money out of her pocket and she didn't like that at all. My sister who lives on the east coast with very similar issues has had a very different experience with her Rheumatologist.

Having been sent to Dr Mazur through the defence force to diagnose my medical condition and subsequently being medically discharged I have found Dr Mazur and the staff at the clinic to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially when you have a condition that most GP’s don’t understand, I will continue to see Dr Mazur for treatment indefinitely, highly recommended

Dr Mazur has been my Rheumatologist for several years now and I trust her completely. Unfortunately I live in Albany and the travel to Perth has prompted me to change to a travelling Rheumatologist that visits Albany. I’m very scared that I won’t find the same level of professional, caring, and friendly help that Margaret has provided.

Our Dr Margaret, without any shadow of a doubt is an Earth Angel, Dr Margaret goes above and beyond. Her extensive knowledge, her caring nature, kindness , professionalism is second to none and i an truely blessed to have her not only as my Specialist but as my friend. A lesson learned after many years of being a chronic/acute pain sufferer you need to take an active roll in managing your own medical conditions, Dr's are not Gods (although some think they maybe) and they are NOT mind readers so when visiting your health professionals talk to them and if you can't remember everything that's wrong with you make a list, they can't help you to the best of their abilities if they're not fully informed on what your feeling, mentally, physically and emotionally ❤

DR Mazur has been my rheumatologist for 5 plus years and i am so glad i was referred to her. She is a very easy person to talk to and a very caring and kind person. I am so fortunate to have her looking after my Rheumatoid Arthritis without her i would be in a mess.
