If you love the Patient seeing Dr Ary please find them another Doctor. My husband has been changed off some of his medicines and has told me 3 times this week he has thought about Killing himself. I called Dr Ary office this morning to see if I could send her an email about my concerns and was told my husband had a video appointment with her today and they asked could I talk with her about it then, I stated if she will talk me then yes I had no problem with that . But this has been an ongoing problem where I was told "she only speaks with the patient," he has many mental health issues that he has been dealing with over the past 15 years and every other Doctor that he has had has always let me talk to them if there was a problem but not this one. Well anyway she calls and talk for a few minutes and she asks "is there anything else you would like to talk about and he tells her "my husband needs to talk to you" she replies " I only talk to you" so i take the phone and tell her " no you need to talk to me because there are some serious" and that is all I could say before she hung up on me. How unprofessional of her and if my husband does kill himself i will be suing her and GRAYSON AND ASSOCIATES.

"Doctor " Ary is viscous and cruel. I simply cannot believe she is a psychiatrist for depressed folk. She made me feel like a stupid, worthless **** hole. I still have not gotten over my dreadful encounter with her. I've always hated myself anyway, and she deliberately made me wish I had never been born. If you are depressed and/or suicidal DO NOT GO NEAR HER!!!

She over medicated me and instead of just adjusting the dosage of one medication she asserted that I had been abusing another medication so she sent me to the psych ward. Fast forward till a new doctor is on call and I am realeased without any issue. She covered her own butt when I started having side effects from something she prescribed too much of and intimidated me and my parents into a situation none of us wanted. When I received my medical notes from our visits for my new doctor she had written in almost every session that I looked grungy, high, or unwashed. I am very fearful of doctors now. Please do not use this woman unless you are willing to research everything she says for validity.

Been in the hospital for three day to get a psych elvaluation come to find out it’s this woman who apparently has horrible reviews which she deserves....woke me up at 5 am had no idea who she was asks me like three or four questions and her recommendation is to up my Prozac from 60 to 80 mg without even hearing the whole story behind the reasons as to why I started taking Prozac to begin with....I come in the hospital because my friends convinced me I needed to go to the doctor because I was suicidal .....actual have two sitter sit with me trading 12 hour shifts for three days for suicide watch and this horrible disrespectful no. Caring doctor comes in and tells me I just need to up my Prozac 20 mg .....no telling how much the doctor bills are gonna be....of all I wanted was to up my Prozac I could have went to an urgent care and did that same day.....you don’t ask questions right when you wake someone up and then you also don’t act real dismissive when you tell them that Prozac does t work anymore she has no idea that I e never had a psych evaluation before because she didn’t give me the time to tel her and she didn’t care enough to ask Prozac is a bandaid to a very serious problem and for her to come in and be so nonchalant about such a serious matter I honestly think she needs her license take away

She is more harm than good. I was having issues. Tried contacting her multiple times. She never returned my call. I ended up in the hospital. Another hospital stay she was on call. I requested not to see her. She advised that if I did not she would place me in a ‘bad’ unit. I had no choice. She threatened me. I didn’t matter at all. Think twice before you choose to see her.

I think Dr. Ary is a wonderful doctor. She has always been very kind and patiently listened to my problems. It took a little trial and error but she found the right combination of medication for me and I have never felt better.
