Has always treated me as a person, not just a number. Listens to my concerns/problems and gives the best care. The only negative I have is he is located on the Far East side and I am on the far west.

Went to establish a family physician with 3 issues. The elevated blood pressure was ignored completely. I felt like a number, not a person and that my issues were not a priority to him.

Treats me like a person. Listens to my concerns and not afraid to handle complex cases (as a PCP). Not intimidated by patients who do their homework like lots of doctors

Dr Leavitt said he would refill a prescription of mine within 2 hours. It is now 3 weeks later and after several contacts by phone, online, and letter, I still haven't received the prescription! It has been very frustrating and confusing. First off, don't tell me you're going to fill a prescription and then don't do it. Be a man and pick up the phone and call me if you changed your mind. These clinics want your copay and insurance money but then you're out the door. I'm leaving this negative review because he earned it.

I agree about calling the office. Leave ten messages before a return call. However, Dr. Leavitt listens to my issue, is thoughtful, and the kindest doc I've had in years. Thumbs up just because of his manner.

It's impossible to contact because his asst CORA always has on answering machine & if she calls back she just says call back even when requested to leave info on my answering machine or send email or mail.
