He has been my Dr for many years, but just recently I found a new one because I felt that he was not helping me with my situation. I would have 3 things I would like to discuss, but he would only discuss one and make me come back to address another. The wait time is extremely rediculous with no regard to how valuable the patients time was as well. There was always a new staff which in my opinion says a lot. The current staff is awful. Not friendly at all and can't even right a script for the Dr correctly. The office hours are not good at all and they only take cash or check. If you pay by check it doesn't get cashed until months later. As I just recently changed Dr's he refused to fill my prescription even though I was out and my appointment with the new Dr wasn't intil the following week. Medication he knew that could not be stopped cold turkey. Very spiteful and extremely unprofessional. I should have changed Dr's years ago.

Dr. Natelli is thorough and knowledgeable. As others mentioned, he doesn't say much more than needbe, but he opens up once the patient invokes dialogue. He has been our family doctor for many years and genuinely cares about a making correct diagnosis. The only downside is that sometimes the wait can be long. That, and he is a Yankees fan.

I don't know if he is a good doctor or not because the couple times I visited him he barely said two words to me the entire visit. I agree about the constant follow ups - it seems that nothing ever gets concluded when you are there but rather you have to keep coming back over and over again, copay after copay after copay.

You wait FOREVER. Follow up visits? No theres no reason for anyone to see a doctor every 3 weeks unless theres an on going illness. How many tests can he perform during your visit? I was almost put in the hospital because he wouldn't prescribe me a strong enough antibiodic. it took 3 different ones and lots of time out of work for me. I also went to him with another issue and it took FOUR of his "follow up" visits for him to send me to a specialist! I knew something was wrong during visit #1! But I couldnt get the referral. When I was in the hospital, I received no call and he was a no show. Defintely not your best bet.

Horrible doctor. My husband is a Detective/Liet. and was called out very early in the morning on 6/18/08 and was unable to make his appt. with Dr. Natelli later that morning. Dr. Natelli's office charged us $40 for a missed appt. Not right. I tried to speak with the Dr. and the office and they don't want to hear anything about it. They just want the bill paid. My husband and I had to find another Dr. for our medical care because this Dr. is horrible and doesn't have a heart. My husband always waits in his office and my husband has a job that requires him to serve the public and when he gets called in he has to go and serve the public. Not right what Dr. Natelli did. Susan Novak--973-633-8212 I don't recommend him highly or his office to anyone.

Misdiagnosed several times. Would not refer to specialist until surgery was needed.

Dr. Natelli is very thorough and accomodating, which is probably why you will wait quite some time in his office. I remember coming in to have blood drawn before the office opened and went to wait at the door. When I did that, 5 other people came out of their cars and waited with me! Nat is also the master of follow ups, where it's just best to determine for yourself how much preventive visits are best for you. Like I said, thorough. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but as busy as he is. However, I can't recommend him to anyone because if I do, that means he will have even more people under his care! In all honesty, he is a great doctor and his care over the years has been fantastic.

No one knows what they're doing. One won't receive a bill for a year and then they will try to double bill ypur insurance and you.
