Dr. Neilan has been my favorite doctor, bar none. For the past 25yrs. he has followed my total health including Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis since 1996. For example, I couldn't get help from a neurologist because she"doesn't work with my "type" of MS. I know have to wait 3 months and travel to a city(Newark,NJ) to get help. Dr. Neilan is there for me 24/7 no matter what the complaint. His willingness to be open to patients is remarkable and beautiful to me as is his staff.
