I made an appointment. Yet I waited almost 2 hours for a 2 minute time with the Doctor. The receptionist should know better, please be aware on what your patients are coming in for. And putting on a happy face behind that desk will make things a little better, dont you think?
I think that a patient does not need to wait almost 2 hours for a piece of paper from the doctor.
Looking for another clinic soon.
