Christine is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and has excellent "customer service" skills. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel like she is working with you for resolution to whatever it is that ails. Highly recommend.

Christine Gignac is really a terrific nurse practitioner. When I first came to the Health Clinic where Christine works, I was met by an intake nurse who decides (or suggests?) who to put a patient with. She told me she was putting me with Christine. I was hesitant at first because I wanted a new doctor (as I had recently moved far from my old one). I agreed and had my first medical appointment at the clinic with Christine. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her kindness and caring attitude. I can actually say that I prefer seeing a nurse practitioner to a medical doctor now. What a huge difference. I find doctors are usually rushed and less personal and understanding than at least this nurse practitioner(Christine). This is what doctors should be like...like Christine the nurse practitioner. The front staff at the Niagara Community Health Centre leave much to be desired though...rude & impatient,not at all what sick people need to see when they come to a doctor's office!
