He rang at 09:40 for an appointment at 11:15. Missed me but did not bother to ring back. I needed this appointment as I am still getting angina pains. Now I have another appointment for Feb 2023 (If I survive until then). Previously it took 4 months to get my calcium scan results from him and in the end another consultant had to give them to me. Not impressed at all yet he considers me a 'difficult' patient.

So rude; he just walked out of the room when I tried to ask a question. I felt humiliated.

Procedure was 2 hours later than I'd been told it would be. He barely spoke to me - seemed more interested in the other staff than the patient. I was not impressed and couldn't recommend him .

Briain is by far the kindest, gentle and caring consultant I’ve ever met. I’ve dealt with him for over 5 years now and he has always been so understanding and explained everything in detail. I’m very lucky that he is my doctor!

Was rude and impatient. Spent exactly 2 mins with my father and didn't explain anything. I know my father is just a number to him, but he's the most precious thing in the world to me. Left scared of the unknown.
