I can't say enough about the outstanding care I received from my cardiologist Dr. Brendan O Cochlain.
Dr. O Cochlain is a straight-talking professional and, without being overly dramatic, I can confidently say that his exceptional treatment and candid communication saved my life.
From our first meeting in the ED at the Galway Clinic, Dr. O Cochlain stood out as a physician who was not afraid to tell me what I needed to hear, rather than just what I might have wanted to hear. His honesty and transparency were incredibly refreshing, showing that he genuinely cared about my well-being.
Throughout my treatment, Dr. O Cochlain’s expertise gave me confidence in the decisions we made together, and I always felt well-informed about my condition and treatment options.
Dr. O Cochlain and the Galway Clinic's dedicated team were both professional and incredibly compassionate. They made a difficult and uncertain time in my life more manageable and less stressful. Their support and commitment to my health were truly exceptional.
I can't thank Dr. O Cochlain enough for his life-saving care and the trust he instilled in me. He is a master of his domain whose combination of professional expertise, candour, and genuine concern for my well-being saved my life – I will be forever grateful to have had him by my side.

Dr O’Cochlain is an outstanding Cardiologist. I had cardiac ablation carried out by him and he has looked after me carefully . I can recommend him as he is thorough, knowledgeable and experienced in his field . He is professional and I have every confidence in him as a cardiologist
