Waited for an appointment for months. Sent referral and reports well in advance. On the day, reception were very rude, said they didn’t have it and to call my GP myself on the spot to have everything faxed immediately until she eventually found my referral. Dr Murray didn’t read any of the referral or history I went to a lot of effort to provide and told me that I was “like a Ferrari”, in that I “look good, but need a lot of maintenance.” He said I needed to do more exercise despite me telling him about all the work I was already doing. His letter to my GP was full of blatantly incorrect information, even my name. I asked him to correct this and the amendment was basically the same. I needed his report to get support with disability services and he caused me a lot of problems as well as distress. He was dismissive, condescending and did more harm than help.

Dr Murray is the kindest, most caring and reassuring doctor I've ever met. He looks after my daughter and she loves him. We always leave feeling better because of his kindness. The receptionist is a little sharp and not altogether friendly, otherwise Dr Murray is 5/5.
