Jacky who made my appointment was sarcastic when I repeated some questions. The reception was so grumpy. His nurse was unfriendly. Doctor was so so.

Wouldn’t trust this doctor with a pregnancy. Concerns were not addressed and proper treatment was not given. I have to find another ob for pregnancy

He is okay if everything with you is okay. Not helpful when there is a need to take that extra step and try different things. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. Good surgeon though but not pragmatic when it comes to identifying the root cause of the disease. If you are seeing this doctor, do your research at home and talk to him about it, he is not going it do it by himself. Not dependable.

We love Dr. McNeely. He delivered our daughter at Scripps La Jolla Hospital. During my pregnancy he was always ready to answer all my questions and concerns.

Dr. McNeely is an excellent doctor! He was recommended to me by my best friend and my primary care doctor. He guided me through every step of my first pregnancy. His bedside manner and knowledge are impeccable. I also work in the medical field and I recommend him to all my female patients looking for an excellent OBGYN!

He is fantastic! He delivered my second child and is currently caring for my third pregnancy. He is kind, very understanding, and very knowledgeable. I've sent at least 5 other friends his way for their pregnancies!

LOVE Dr. McNeely! He takes the time to talk with you and connect. He is thorough in asking questions about what's going on with you as well. He cares about my kids well after he delivered them. I am very saddened we cannot continue to come here due to insurance changes. I won't find another excellent OBGYN like him!

I too suffered from hypermesis with both of my children and I can say that I felt that I had Dr. McNeely's full attention. He was very proactive and supportive during this time. He is very calming and did his research when it came to trying to help me. I would recommend him to my friends and family. During my delivery he was a pro. I am thankful I had him as my doctor.

Does not diagnose or treat hyperemesis gravidarum. This is MORE than just morning sickness during pregnancy and should be treated. Even with 25-pound+ weight loss, low blood pressure, and pleas for help, he didn't diagnose it, nor did he tell me it will occur in virtually all subsequent pregnancies and should be treated right away or else it's difficult to treat all together. Ladies, if you are losing extreme weight, demand treatment. There are very safe meds to treat this!

Dr. Mc Neely is a wonderful human being, great doctor, except for one thing. He did not educate me on what would happen if I had a hysterectomy. Bad decision. Because I had to take HRT and smoke, I thought that having a hysterectomy would reduce the risk of getting cancer from HRT. Instead, it further depleted my estrogen, Then a year later he told me I could not take the HRT anymore. He should have told me all of this in advance of the surgery since this is a life long quality of life decision that he did not explain. Yes I am a bitter old hag as a result of it. Dr. McNeely should have informed me because I live with this every day of my life now along with osteoporosis and extreme tiredness brought on by lack of hormones. Still I would recommend him, but if you're getting this procedure you should research all the facts that your doctor will not necessarily tell you. Too Bad because otherwise he is an excellent doctor and human being.
