I guess certain people get different treatment. I’m not denying that he’s a good doctor. He gave me helpful information but I felt rushed. I do have pain. Fair that it’s not as severe as others may experience but the pain is new to me and I’m just trying to process this worn lower disc.
I’ve heard his interactions with 2 previous patients who were Asian asking them to do a Google Review but he failed to ask me to do the same. Was he not happy with me? Did I say something wrong when all we spoke about was my back and attempting to give him all the information I could think of about what I’m going through? I felt rushed and talked over me a lot. He told me he wasn’t familiar with my doctor “She must be new… He knows all the other doctors…” Which means nothing to me and irrelevant to my appointment. He checked my knee reflexes but never examined my back which you would think he would. At the end of my appointment I pulled out my phone to get my benefits information to give to the ladies at the front desk and remembered I forgot to ask one question and he charged at me to look at my phone “Are you recording me?” I told him no and showed him my phone that I wasn’t. And then he walked off. No “Good bye”. 2 other ladies that work there were right there. One (I felt) tried to diffuse the situation by attending to me. I guess I wasn’t worthy of being asked to do a Google review so here I am doing it on my own.
He made me feel like I was not his ideal customer. Just saying it like it is. I wasn’t rude. I respect people of service and appreciate their time. But sometimes when you know, you know.
