Jackie oversaw my entire pregnancy. She stated multiple times that because I held a small amount of weight around my low stomach(I’m 5’7 and 178lbs) that I could crush my baby. Meanwhile stating “don’t worry, I’m sure you won’t gain anymore weight.” I was only in my first trimester still. After babe was born she would whisper horrible things to my child about my formula over breast feeding choices. She’s a horrible NP and I would never recommend her

Her comments made me feel like my experience using birth control was invalid. I asked to have it removed for a number of reasons. I was bleeding for 8 months, I gained 30 lbs with no lifestyle changes, and my anxiety and depression was through the roof. It just wasn’t working for me and then she questioned me in a very condescending manner. Like she didn’t believe the issues I was having. The rest of the appointment was extremely uncomfortable and I left the appointment crying.

I just had my first baby and Jackie has been my NP for the whole pregnancy and post. Baby and I both love Jackie. Very good bedside manner but honest with her recommendations. Highly recommend! The rest of the staff that work with her are amazing. Our baby likes everyone of them even after our needle appointments! 10/10

Seen Jackie a few times. No issues, very nice though does seem to forget shes met me everytime or was the one to do procedures, so maybe should keep better notes on file. I agree with the below that the receptionist is horrible, rude, gives the wrong information, cuts you off if you try and explain the situation, dread having to talk to her.

I have had appts with Jackie Boone on occasion and would have no problem having another appt. with her. Have always found her personable, knowledgable and prompt. Without a doubt the best NP in this medical clinic!

Jackie is okay, but she needs to get rid of her receptionist, extremely rude, if she doesn't like answering the phone than she should find a new job

Jackie Boone is in one word FANTASTIC, I had to take my daughter to see her concerning an issue that I'd rather not get into on here but she was so compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. She squeezed us in last minute, ordered blood work and an ultrasound within a few days. I could go on and on but she's just and incredible person and knows as much if not more then any doctor I've seen over the years. I highly recommend her. :)

NP Jackie is the very best!! She listens to everything I say and asks questions. Always has time and appointments are on time.
