Gibson Clinic Staff and Jacke Boone provide excellent care. They do their best to get you in quickly as needed. Jacke is an excellent practitioner. She seeks guidance and collaborates with other health professionals as needed.

NP Jackie is fantastic. They always get me and the kids in when needed in record time.
Great place to go. Went through pregnancy with this place and Jackie was more than capable and cautious. I was nervous at first, since she is not a doctor... but I was pleasantly surprised to see her knowledge and connections to get you to specialists if needed. Bedside manor is amazing.

I would not even give her 1 star what a living nightmare ! My daughter was always vomiting and almost choking and so fussy I kept going to her as I felt there was no change she had said and I quote that she questions my sanity with my daughter as a new mom she would not hear me out and she was very rude one night my daughter stopped breathing and come to find out she was highly allergic to milk and soy my baby could have died as a doc she should have known this and gave me the time of day my baby deserved. She yelled at me and would get so mad every time and told me not to come back for the same issue I would not recommend her her nurses are very good and I found the girls at the desk very rude one more then the others.

I saw Jackie as my family doctor was out of town. I have to say that I am surprised at the comments on this site. Jackie was far more helpful than my own family doctor not to mention her bedside manor was superb in my opinion. I was dealing with a very difficult situation and she not only put my mind at ease but she also gave me a quality of care that I did not expect.
I have had no problems with my own family physician however I would trade for Jackie Boone any day!

I've been seeing Jackie for a couple of years now, as my primary healthcare provider. She has helped me tremendously through some genetic testing. Her background as a nurse really shows during appointments: she listens to what I'm talking about and I like that she isn't a "one complaint per visit" kind of person, I can bring a list of issues and we'll talk about every one of them.
She's also my father's primary care provider, and I think it's lovely when she asks about my father at the end of my visits. She really cares about her patients.

Was skeptical after reading these comments.
Happy I gave her a shot. She is fantastic,wonderful bedside manner and the RN who works wits her is a doll.
Even the front staff are amazing.

I was assigned Jackie after my Dr left the practice. I absolutely LOATHED going to see her, whether it was for me or my children. I had her for half of my second pregnancy and she sucked any enjoyment of going to appointments out of it. She didn't care at all what I wanted/needed, constantly put me and my parenting (which is normal, nothing weird or out of the ordinary) down, any issues I had she just told me to wait a week and come back if it was still an issue. She refused to prescribe me my preferred method of BC simply because she didn't like it. I took my baby in for acid reflux (my oldest had it and I knew what I was dealing with already) and she told me he was just being a baby and it was normal. Finally after a month, and my baby LOSING weight, she suggested that he had acid reflux and he received medication. She then had the nerve to tell me that my baby (at around 9 months) was overweight and to put him on a diet. TO DENY HIM FOOD IF HE WAS HUNGRY.
I kept hoping and praying that she would just retire, but luckily we moved to a new city. She is a horrible NP and hopefully, for the sake of the rest of her patients, she retires soon.

Pills, pills and more pills... If you don't take charge and say no, you are going to walk out the door with a handful of prescriptions you don't need and no help for the problem you originally went there for. I am happier with our Internet provider than I am with this situation. We decided to walk away and take our chances at the walk-in clinics until we can get a real Doctor.

The woman who answers the phone for her is extremely rude. Jackie's bedside manner is lacking. Three pregnancies, I feel like I've had 30 different doctors and nurses. She is by far my least favourite. I also find she is very old school. Like she doesn't read any updated medical material, or hasn't evolved from where she was when she finished school.

I was placed with Jackie for my first pregnancy. She prescribed
Me medication that wasn't safe to take while pregnant. I had to beg and beg for ultrasounds, appointments, different medication. Not to mention her assistant who does the bookings Jodie is rude
