Dr. Butter Thumbs can't cut his oan toenails without committing malpractice. His practice should be relegated to prisioners and welfare recipients.

My son went to Dr. Fieldman at 2 1/2 for chronic ear infections. He ended up needing tubes, but not without trying antibiotic first. We see Dr. Feildman every few months for follow ups (my son is 5 now and both tubes came out) He is a wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable and caring. My son went from screaming at his first appointment to sitting in the chair without issues by his 3rd. Highly recommend!

I have been treated by Dr. Fieldman for about 15 years for my sinuses. I have had two surgeries & have been treated for numerous sinus infections. He is nothing but polite, spends as much time as needed with me, and is always available when I need him. I would highly recommend him

Dr. Fieldman operated on me twice. The results were so bad I had to pay another surgeon to repair the damage. Worst of all he lied about the results when I complained to the insurance company. I truly question his skills and integrity.

If your newborn or child has a tight frenulum (aka tongue tie) and you want someone knowledgeable, empathetic, and UP TO DATE on the proper way to treat this issue, DO NOT GO TO ROBERT FIELDMAN. He doesn't believe that tongue tie has any affect on breastfeeding. He will say there is nothing wrong with tongue tie and that you should come back when the child is >1yo. By then, your child will have missed the window to successfully nurse, and by 1 year of age, the simple in-office snip to free the tongue tie when your child is a newborn will have become a much bigger ordeal, requiring anesthesia and major surgery. I guess there's more money when you bill this as major surgery. What a waste of time and effort to see this arrogant, uninformed man in this meat factory of an office. For all new mothers out there who know how urgent it is to get tongue tie treated immediately, go see Dr. Richard Riva in Chatham. You need to get tongue tie treated ASAP if you want to successfully nurse.

Dr. Fieldman is fantastic. I have seen him personally and he has treated my children. I found him to be conservative with treatment, only recommending what is necessary. He performed my son's surgery, only after months of careful evaluation, and all went smoothly with resulting resolution of symptoms. He is great with kids and came highly recommended by one of the area's top pediatricians. After seeing him myself, I can also now recommend for adults. He is thorough and really listens - great physician!

I never got to see Dr. Fieldman as I was informed that I had to pay the co-pay up front or else I wouldn’t be able to see the doctor. When I said that I don’t pay up front for services, and that I would be perfectly happy to pay upon leaving, it was reiterated that unless I paid the co-pay up front, I wouldn’t be able to see the doctor. I decided to leave. Not one of the other specialists that I see periodically, nor my family doctor, insists upon or demands up front payment of the co-pay. I refuse to use medical practitioners that demand up front payment as a requirement to be seen by them. I find such tactics deplorable.

Dr. Robert Fieldman was very nice and took the time to help me understand my condition. However, the waiting room environment is terrible. There are many patients waiting, much noise from TVs, dark with poor lighting, etc. As stressful as the wait was, Dr. Fieldman was great.
