I have only been able to do phone and he’s always been very helpful to me and he’s gotten me to where I am now and I can’t thank him enough

I just started seeing Dr. Jablonski but he was so kind and welcoming. He listened to me and gave me a prescription for HRT on my first visit. He seemed kind, genuine, and welcoming.

My family all went to Dr. Jablonski for many years and had varying degrees of care requirements. Crowfoot Clinic did not accommodate us when Dr. J transitioned to a different career path. We haven't seen a doctor in almost 2 years now. We had such excellent care for so long and now we have none. Feel so completely abandoned in the search for a new doctor. Now we go to walk-in clinics. So angry - we went from having the best doctor in town to having no doctor. This transition was handled very poorly. I am not rating Dr. J on his performance - he was always top notch - I just don't know how to find another Dr. moving forward and neither does my son who has extraordinary needs due to brain injury. Dr. Jablonski was amazing. Having no doctor now is not amazing. So angry to be in this position at 58 years old.

Dr J was the best i looked forward to seeing him and he alway took his time to talk or just a hug i now don't have that and looking for one like him

Dr. J has now moved on to a specialized practice :-( and I miss him terribly! I have been seeing him for 20+ years and there was no one better. Intelligent, witty, and caring. I was rushed out of the Drs office today, something that hasn’t happened to me in years. I miss you Dr. J 😘

Rarely did this doctor diagnose me correctly. I found him close minded when it came to ideas that would ultimately prove to be true. Lovely human being for sure but behind the times, firmly entrenched in symptom suppression rather than true healing.

Our family have been with Dr. Jablonski for 10 years and have had nothing but incredible experiences with him- through a multitude of illness and minor ailments and in health, he is knowledgable, diligent, thorough and has a wonderful communication style that always makes you feel listened to.
