Dr. Alexander is guaranteed the best doctor I have ever met. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Not only is he genuine and kind, he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago with him and I could not be any happier with the end result. Dr. Alexander made sure to work with me the entire process to ensure I got a natural looking nose that suited my features best. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented; I felt comfortable and confident going into surgery seeing how professional he is. He was always available to answer questions before, during, and after the procedure and was extremely patient. The staff in his office are equally as exceptional and always responded quickly to emails or inquiries. Amanda, Jonathan, and Clair were very helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Alexander is an excellent doctor. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My 16 year old daughter had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago and she couldn't be more pleased with the result. Dr. Alexander was kind and attentive for the whole process. He was very thorough prior to the operation, making sure our daughter was seeking it for healthy reasons and ensuring we understood the entire process. He and his staff took excellent care of her both during the procedure and post operation. Overall he did an outstanding job.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Ashlin, who managed my septo-rhinoplasty procedure in September. I had visited a surgeon prior to him, and didn't feel a match. With Dr Ashlin I knew he was the right choice immediately. He has a down-to-earth approach, doesn't try to "up-sell" you on anything, and respects what you're looking for. His entire team was professional, and I felt so much comfort knowing I was in their hands. Surgery is a serious undertaking and I recommend only going with someone you trust, and for me that was Dr Ashlin.

I am just over one year post op after a septo rhinoplasty with Dr Alexander. I am very happy with my results and the whole process. Dr. Alexander is very knowledgeable and the results are natural which is what I wanted. The whole staff at FACE made the whole experience seamless. I cannnot say enough about Doctor Ashlin and his team. I was thinking of rhinoplasty for many years but was so afraid of the outcome and who to trust. After lots of research I concluded Doctor Ashlin was a good fit for me and I am so glad I made that choice! I am now almost 5 months post-op and also had a septoplasty. Dr Alexander is extremely knowledgeable and talented. He did God’s work on my rhinoplasty. I had very minimal swelling, no bruising post op. His Instructions were very clear throughout the consults, surgery and post op. I can’t say enough about him and his amazing staff. I got all the help and I needed. Overall Great great Physician. Amanda and Jonathan helped me through every step. The day of surgery, everyone made me feel so comfortable. It was undoubtedly the best experience I could have asked for.
