I chose Dr. Alexander for my rhinoplasty and very glad I did! Right away he and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in his expertise with the surgery. He listened to what it was I was looking to achieve, which was overall balance with my facial features. He was very honest from the start with what was possible to achieve, and what would work best for me. I really appreciate his goal in achieving facial balance and prioritizing a natural look. 2 weeks after my surgery I got my bandages removed and got my coworkers to guess at what was different about me and nobody could tell I had a rhinoplasty done. Now one year later, the results are obvious to me, of course, but it looks so natural and there is no scaring despite doing an open-rhinoplasty. Very happy with my results and the whole experience! Dr. Alexander performed rhinoplasty and buccal fat procedures for me. When meeting Dr. Alexander for my first in-person appointment, he made me feel very relaxed as he answered all of my questions. What impressed me the most was Dr. Alexander's knowledge and expertise regarding patients with ethnic noses. Dr. Alexander made me feel at ease with each subsequent appointment leading up to the surgery day, as he got to know me personally. In addition, the management staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful with every interaction I had with them. The surgery was performed at FACE Toronto. The atmosphere at FACE is welcoming and exceptionally clean. The staff did an amazing job with pre- and post-care, ensuring I was comfortable and well cared for. After my surgery, I had someone check in with me within a few days to make sure I was healing well. During my cast removal appointment, I was already astounded by the outstanding work Dr. Alexander had completed (this was only a week post-op!). Dr. Alexander was able to artistically refine my appearance without taking away my personality. During the coming months, Dr. Alexander continued to schedule appointments to ensure I was continuing to heal and achieve the results I wanted. It is almost a year post-op for my surgery and I could not be even happier with my rhinoplasty and buccal fat procedure results! Words cannot express how much gratitude I have for all that Dr. Alexander has done for me!

I had an open septorhinoplasty with Dr Alexander in Oct 2023. I can’t express how happy I am with my nose.The whole experience was positive and surgery was smooth. He took the time to explain what he could achieve with surgery (I had actually done injectable rhinoplasty a year prior with him as a little experiment). I am SO glad I did the surgery. I feel like it was the nose I was meant to be born with —- that is his gift and skill. In my case we made it slightly smaller, removed a bump and made it more feminine. Anaesthesia, nursing and office staff are all wonderful too! He is a true professional and I would recommend Dr Alexander to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

I had an open rhinoplasty/septoplasty with Dr.Alexander a little over 3 months ago. Overall the process was very easy, I had a great experience with the nurse, and anesthesiologist as well. Dr. Alexander listened to my needs and gave his opinion on what we can do to improve the procedure. I am extremely pleased with the results; it looks both natural and feminine. Finding a trusted surgeon to touch your face can always be a little intimidating, however you are in good hands with Dr.Alexander.

After years of research, I decided to go with Dr. Ashlin Alexander for my male Septo-Rhinoplasty surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results & recovery. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Alexander and his entire team were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and thorough with any questions and concerns I had. Dr. Alexander provided me with a great and natural looking nose while also fixing my breathing problems. My only regret is not going to Dr. Alexander sooner.

I had an open rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Ashlin Alexander 6 months ago, and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Alexander is a highly skilled surgeon who specializes in creating natural-looking cosmetic changes. I had several issues with my nose, including an ethnic nose, a large hump, deviation, and unevenness, that I wanted to address. Dr. Alexander made sure to make the changes as natural as possible while also considering my specific desires. Dr. Alexander is guaranteed the best doctor I have ever met. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Not only is he genuine and kind, he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago with him and I could not be any happier with the end result. Dr. Alexander made sure to work with me the entire process to ensure I got a natural looking nose that suited my features best. Dr. Alexander is an excellent doctor. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My 16 year old daughter had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago and she couldn't be more pleased with the result. Dr. Alexander was kind and attentive for the whole process. He was very thorough prior to the operation, making sure our daughter was seeking it for healthy reasons and ensuring we understood the entire process. He and his staff took excellent care of her both during the procedure and post operation. Overall he did an outstanding job.
