The staff looked ridiculously overwhelmed. They didn't have time to answer any questions as they had to answer the phones over and over again. Need more staff at the front desk for sure. My wait time for my appointment was extremely long, I almost left. There are no seats in the office as previously stated in another review. The Dr spent 1 min with me to sign off and the rest I spent with a tech.

I have been Dr Wallshein’s patient for the last four years. Not only have I had positive experience with all my appointments, I have been treated with respect and concern. The “front office” people are caring¸ specially Esther. The nurses are pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m a blinker, and they always help me when it comes time for drops. Dr Wallshein is a doctor I actually like to go see. He is quick, and answers my questions about my condition without hesitation. He educates me on the best treatment and keeps his practice equipped to treat my condition. He has a state of the art practice filled with the latest technology. I highly recommend Dr. Wallshein for your eyes.

I was very pleased by the service provided by the Dr's at Palm Beach Eye Center. I was able to have my regular exam, used my benefits toward my glasses and get an awesome pair of stylish glasses. I wanted to have an opinion about my eyelids and they have the specialist for it. If you have an eye emergency, they accommodate you on their schedule to see the ophthalmologist in any of their 3 locations. Friendly and competent staff , top notch facilities. For sure coming back if I need my eyes checked

From the moment I came in this office I felt the environment was extremely profesional and inviting. The office is spotless and all the employees are friendly and pleasant. My experience at this facility was above par, the technicians were knowledgeable all of my questions regarding cataract surgery were answered, the doctor although quiet was reassuring and informed me of latest techniques. We waited for about an hour but we were very satisfied with both the staff and Dr. Wallshein.

My experience begins with a courteous answer of the phone and ends with an excellent exam and treatment. I had a piece of metal in my eye. It was so painful it was unbearable. The tech took me immediately and put a pain medicine in my eye. That made a big difference. Then it was removed by Dr Wallshein. I felt better right away. A few days of healing and I was back to normal. I'm so pleased with everyone. Thank you.
