Dr. Wallshein it's a great Doctor!! He was kind and professional, when my father had an emergency a few weeks ago. Great staff!! Great experience !!

If your looking for an eye practice then look no further. The staff and doctors are very knowledgable, very helpful. I called for and emergency appt very late in the day and was told to come right over. I was taken back in a very expeditious manner. I felt I will definitely refer my family and friends to this practice.

I am a new patient of Palm Beach Eye. Had some serious concerns with bleeding in my eye. Their office worked me in immediately and their staff was so compassionate. They understood my concerns. Their Drs were very knowledgeable and I was so grateful to have their expertise to find out what was going on with my vision. I would highly recommend this practice.

Because of an accurate diagnosis Dr. Wallshein saved my life . He is a brilliant young doctor. I recommend him to everyone! The staff was very considerate, wait time was minimal and the office was stunning.

Being a retired eye doctor from New Jersey , I needed to establish a relationship with a local ophthalmologist . My daughter and I both have visited with Dr Wallshein for problems with myopia, contact lenses, conjunctivitis , and floaters . Not only is the physical facility in the Lake Worth office beautiful and well appointed, but the staff is cordial and friendly and extremely knowledgable . His office offers state of the art equipment . Dr Wallshein himself is very thorough, and his expertise in his field is superior. He explained our eye situations expertly and efficiently and his treatment plans were very effective . We noticed his office has ophthalmologists who specialize in diseases of the cornea, retina, strabismus, and oculoplastics as well as providing contact lenses, low vision , and a complete optical dispensary featuring all the up - to - date fashion eyewear . I would not hesitate to refer anyone to his office for eyecare,

Dr. Wallshein and his staff have taken such great care of me over the last year. I am so blessed that I found him because he has kept me seeing when all the other doctors said they weren't able to help me. Sure, their office is very busy but it's organized chaos. Besides, my eye health and vision is worth the wait especially, for a doctor I can trust.

I've never seen a more overwhelmed staff in any office. The front desk seems nice, assuming you get to speak with them since they have to continuously answer the phones. The wait time was a little longer than I'm used to. Checking in took 15 minutes since the girl was on the phone with a patient she was apologizing to due to the long wait time on the phone. What I found most disturbing was the staff was well aware of the wait times and told every patient who complained to bring it up with the Doctor. I over heard the blonde receptionist speaking with a nurse about how backed up they were this morning because of the plastic surgeon in the office. They have the audacity to charge 70 dollars for an eyeglass prescription and make you fill out this long form as if it's a more in depth test. The Doctor literally spent 2 minutes with me before sending me on my way. Total time was a little over 2 hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't be fooled. It is a beautiful office but not worth your time or money.

From the moment you walk into the office you know you're in a great place. The front desk person greets and acknowledges you. The technicians are all friendly, informed, and work as a team. The office is equipped with the latest technology, and trained personnel to manage it. Dr Wallshein is to the point. No mincing words, the treatment prescribed, and explained with directions in writing. I recommend Dr Wallshein to my friends and family.

From the moment I came in this office I noticed a very nice and professional environment. Everyone had a nice attitude and was very helpful to all my questions. When I went in with the technician she was excellent and gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. Then I saw the Doctor who was also excellent he helped me understand my eye condition and made me feel I was in very good hands. I really appreciate everyone at Palm Beach Eye Center this is a great facility where I will continue to come and I will refer all my friends and family. It was truly a great experience!
