This practice is one of the most efficient practices I have ever seen. The staff is very professional and caring. The experience has been excellent for me. I would highly recommend all my friends and family member to come to this office and see these Doctors they are all very good at what they do.

Always a thorough exam at Pbec. The staff always are kind and helpful no matter how busy they are and the doctors there are the best. I have been seen by Dr Wallshein, Dr Victoria, and Dr. Beck. All three have given me the best care with kindness and warmth. They answer ally questions as well. It's a well oiled machine.

I wenti for my exam today and when I entered the office, I noticed that it seemed very busy. I was greeted warmly by the front staff even tho they were busy answering phones and helping other patients. When I inquired about the possible wait time, I was assured that I would be taken promptly as there was more than one physician in the office seeing patients. True
to their word,

, I was taken back at my scheduled appointment time and had a very complete exam by Dr Wallshein. I was a bit anxious, and Dr Wallshein put me at ease with his gentle way and concern. I was given ample time to ask any questions and left feeling very satisfied with the entire experience. In today's world of rush, rush, that is not what you will find when you visit Dr Wallshein. He cares, is knowledgeable and takes time to listen.

Horrible experiences at this office one after another.....more recently the office is over crowded with no room to sit...wait times have been abysmal and the staff is too busy with other things to answer questions. .....trying to speak with a member of the staff at the front office was a chore...they were all on the phones and as soon as one hung up they had to pick up another line and kept being interrupted by the phones blasting....when I was able to talk to one of the women about the wait i was told they were in the billing department and needed to speak with a nurse to find out how long it would be. I left a doctor at Bascom Palmer because of excessive waits and mistreatment. THIS TAKES THE CAKE!!!! I was told an appointment first thing in the morning or after lunch was a good time to come and I was LIED TO!!!! I waited almost 40 minutes to get called up by a nurse before even seeing the doctor which took another 45 minutes and only for a routine check up where I WAS FORCED TO PAY 70 DOLLARS FOR AN EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION AND THE MAN WHO WORKED ME UP DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CHECK FOR A NEW PRESCRIPTION AND HE HAD TO GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT!!!!! once I got in the room, I was seen by another doctor and not Dr. Wallshein who I was later told was not in the office because he was at a conference. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told he was also at this conference.I looked up conferences in the country and there WERE NONE GOING ON DURING THIS TIME! I was not given a courtesy call or told when I came into the office that I would not be seeing the doctor I had an appointment with. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I had a spectacular experience at Palm Beach Eye Center and Dr. Wallshein. I was recommended to him by a friend that had a basic eye problem. Mine was much more serious. My eyes were not seeing well and it was changing slowly. I thought it was cataract and so did the other opinion I had. Dr. Wallshein and said he didn't think so. He did blood tests that came back abnormal. I was treated for a vitamin deficiency. Further testing also revealed other problems. I had a tumor in my brain that was pressing on my optic nerves. I was referred by the good doctor and I now see well. My vision is clear. My life is good. Dr. W is the best.
