Dr Richard Ayling is a dedicated and excellent older style doctor. Have been a patient for 9 years.
Find he will send you off to a specialist if he he believes you have the need for specialised treatment.
If he is running late it is because he does not treat you like number and push you out the door. Have waited for up to 1.5 hours but it is worth the wait.
Have full confidence in his abilities.
The older woman who appears to be in charge of the admin. staff, and sits at the front desk, can come across as rather officious at times.
Dr Ayling seems to work amazing hours - have never had an issue trying to get an appointment with him.

Grumpy old doctor, I went there and made an appointment with Dr Ayling as it was the only one available, had a work place injury, was very unfriendly and grumpy, unhelpful and quite arrogant, might be time to retire.
