He was simply awful! Worst specialist experience of my life.

I also went to Giles Earnshaw some years ago and twice in 4 yrs he operated. Only made my condition worse. Even told me that the first operation was a bit of a mess until I told him "he did it" . Found a fantastic Dr on the Gold Coast who repaired and used a cartlidge from my ear to repair the previous damage. Sorry could not recommend.

I saw Dr Earnshaw years ago for ongoing ear and sinus issues.. He performed FES surgery on me and after recovery I still could not breath through my nose at all.. I kept going back and he would look up my nose and say "there is so much space you could drive a bus up there".. He kept blaming allergies as I was sneezing a lot... He gave me spray after spray and after a couple years of this I saw a new ENT Dr Matthew Broadhurst who within minutes diagnosed my issue as my Turbinates and after a short procedure I was able to breath with no restriction and never had a sneezing fit again since... Do not see the Earnshaws they just don't seem to care... I have seen his son as well and he was just like his father.

Useless and total waste of money. He only saw us for 10 mins. Charged us 180 and then gave us a script for something that we were then told by a pharmacist had not been available for nearly a year... shocking. Wont ever go back
