Seen her once in person in her clinic, but never again. Perhaps she is good at cosmetic injectables, but I didn't see her for that. Very poor bedside manner. Her staff are far superior to her.

I visited Dr Charteris after my infant son was involved in an accident in a park. She failed to diagnose a broken arm. She did not touch the child during the "examination". I had to get an x ray referral from another doctor. How much more incompetent can you get than that?

Dr Charteris is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who keeps up to date, offers excellent care, will call after hours if she is concerned to follow up. She has an engaging and kind manner with patients. My partner and I have seen her for over 20 years (and my partner is a doctor himself).

Despite me being a very articulate patient she refused to acknowledge my symptoms which pointed to a burst appendix. For 6 was she kept giving me more antibiotics till i fainted at work, rushed to emergency surgery having 24 hrs to live as had an abdominal
abscess post bust appendix 6wks before.

She has been my gp for my Auntie and as far as I am concerned she shouldnt be a doctore no bed side manner for the elderly patients

Essentially just a middle lady who is happy to let somebody else treat your problems. Has a lack of professionalism and confused me for somebody else.

Dr Charteris of Doctors on Darling prescribed my five year old with medication that has caused Drug Induced Akathasia. He is now 10 and highly addicted to Paroxetine and has mental turmoil. He is unable to function like a normal child. Cannot go to school, some days he cannot even go outside the front door. A horrible existence for a child.
