Complete waste of time doing an "IME"with this Doctor. Doesn't listen, rude, arrogant, dismissive, shows a total lack of respect towards patients.I will be making a formal complaint after my treatment by this person.

I wish I had seen these reviews before my IME. Dr Keller clearly had made his decision prior to the appointment, had not read the reports properly and got 2 key facts wrong. Of the 45 min assessment he spent less than 3 minutes actually assessing me physically asking me to raise my arm in the air, the other, turn my neck of which neither had anything to do with assessing my ankle. I think he deliberately shot gun fires questions to deliberately intimidate, he doesn't even listen to the answer and cuts you off so you don't have time to give the full response. He is clearly working for the insurance company and has already made a decision even prior to assessing the patient. I have written a complaint to CTP assist and to the insurance company but will be a miracle if they take any notice.

The most arrogant, unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. He made me feel so uncomfortable I actually had to end the appointment, I left in tears after her told me. “ there is actually nothing wrong with you” he is paid by the insurance companies to write exactly what they want you him to write. Extremely unprofessional, what a horrible experience. Shame on the insurance company for using this criminal and calling him a doctor.

If I can give -5 stars I would because this dr was so rude and arrogant and very unprofessional. We didn’t expect much being that he was insurance doctor but at least he could have behaved nicely and show some manners as well being professional considering he is doctor by “trade”. Very annoyed and upsetting for patient who already is going through a lot. Not to mention his report but then again we didn’t expect much especially considering how appointment went and how much of a “prick” he was towards us.

Wrote the report the insurance company wanted to hear, despite overwhelming evidence provided from much more qualified doctors stating the facts about my spine injury.

I found my appointment extremely uncomfortable and was unable to accurately communicate my symptoms. This was due to Dr Keller not allowing me speak freely; subsequently, I was making mistakes and omitting pertinent information under stress. And as English is not my first language, this, too, made it exceedingly more difficult to communicate.

This clearly could have grave implications for patients at your centre, especially if any potentially sinister symptoms are unacknowledged.

Moreover, I found his general disposition rude, unprofessional and unapproachable. There was a lack of care and compassion.

I IMPLORE anyone else who went through this to formally complain to the HCCC (Health Care Complaints Commission) so this does not happen again.
