I was also a patient of Dr Katzen I found him to be a very good specialist. I was all ready to set up an operation I needed but then was informed by the secretary when I phoned the office that the practice was no longer going to stay open. I think I was one of the lucky ones the secretary offered to send out my test results and photos but I was then left with the problem of finding a new ent specialist and starting from the beginning again. Some other patients didn’t even know the practice had closed. Maybe the closure of this practice could have been handled differently so patients were not left up in the air.

I was suffering with Chronic Sinusitis and allergies for years until I met Dr Katzen. Dr Katzen was able to help me get better without antibiotics or surgery.

Called on behalf of a client and the phone line state that the line was no longer in service. There should be some information for referrals for his current clients however this was not the case.

Just found out Dr Katzen has just up and left from Google after i tried to call him and got a disconnected number. Don't you think we should of got a phone call. We have an appointment with him in a week. What if i didn't call or google this and just showed up to the appointment. Very unprofessional of him but mostly from his staff that should of contacted everyone personally. Now i have to find another ENT and start again. How will that specialist know our history? Anyway hope Dr Katzen is ok .

We had an appointment for my son with Dr Katzen, but a few weeks ago a staff from his office called and told us there has been an emergency with Dr Katzen and to find another Dr.

I had an appointment with Dr Katzen today. No one at the office. Phone and email disconnected. This is terrible for a doctor to do this to patients. At least leave a note on the door. I hope you are ok. I gather I now need a new ENT specialist.

Thank you Dr Katzen for abandoning me. I rang your rooms today, phone disconnected. I visited your rooms today, locked and empty. You have me on a programme and I called in for more drops. No letter stating you were closing. Neighbouring rooms said you just upped and left. Last time I visited you I asked when you were retiring, you said ' never'. What a liar you are. What do I do now. Disgraceful and very unprofessional.
