If this is the same charlatan who had offices on white horse pike nj in 2002 to 2011, he should not be allowed to practice medicine. He was informed of domestic violence by a male partner of his patient and he shrugged and said "move out". Even though, as he knew, the victim owned the house. He did not perform the requested exam and did not report the complaint anywhere. Eventually the victim was forced to sell her house and move to another country. If this is that same old white guy he simply didn't care.

my family has gone to him for years! I myself have been for about 15 years now and not a bad thing to say about him. He is very easy to talk to , always helps make you feel better and makes you feel extremely comfortable! I would reccomend him anytime he is a wonderful guy!

Dr Kemps and his staff are the greatest. I have been a patient for many yrs and will continue to be a patient for many to come. He's excelellent in all area's.

I was seen by Dr. Kemps for a very bad cold and infection. I do not have any health insurance and agreed to pay him $50.00 with cash. He worked me into his busy schedule and gave me a percription for antibiotics. Then refused to accept payment. The medication worked and I felt much improved within a day or two day. We need more caring and competent doctors such as Dr. Kemps!!
