A wonderful doctor who was willing to take on my case and remove a PFO closure device that did not work from another doctors repair in NSW.
Forever grateful for saving my life. Removing a PFO closure device is extremely rare. In all his years of surgery and career, I was his first to remove PFO device and repair my heart with bovine. Thank you Dr Fayers!!

Dr Fayers performed minimally invasive mitral valve repair surgery on me 9 months ago. He very quickly puts you at ease and has the perfect balance of skill, confidence and bed side manner. The recovery was challenging at times, but he has given me a perfect result from the surgery, and was so kind when I was doing it tough whilst I was in hospital. He has given me my life back and I am so grateful that in Brisbane we have access to such a world class surgeon.

My having to have a double bypass was somewhat of a shock to me as I was asymptomatic. I only found out as my brother had to have a triple bypass. Having Dr Fayers as my surgeon was such a godsend. Along with being a skilful surgeon, he is a generous, warm and caring person. Who could ask for more? I highly recommend Dr Fayers and I am very grateful to him for his excellent care of me.

At all times this doctor helped us through a triple heart bypass on my husband.This doctor was respectful of us both and very caring. At all time he had control of this. He completely bulk billed and his entire team bulk billed. We got no out of pocket costs while been treated in private hospital. I wish there were more doctors like Dr Fayers.
