Very dismissive dr with condescending manner who had a very narcissistic attitude. Steer clear! Waited forever too! Don't bother going here.

Went in for an initial consultation and found Waack to be contentious and condescending. Further, I was less than impressed with his credentials. I will find a better oral surgeon.

Staff is amazing! Took the time with me on the phone to discuss my insurance and help me understand the process. Extremely professional and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I had a great experience with my daughter and would recommend them to everyone. Go here first, you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time that I have gone to Dr Waack, the first was for my daughters wisdom teeth and the second was my own. The staff and Dr Waack was professional and caring and walked you though each step! Being that I am over 40, Dr Waack explained all the issues with taking out wisdom teeth at my age. I felt very informed and they were up front on every cost and steps of the procedure. I will definetly bring my next child there when she needs her wisdom teeth out. Thanks Dr. Waack and staff!

Cost of 4 wisdom teeth pulled under $1000-they gave me a further discount when I waited past scheduled time because of an emergency; doc is friendly, knowledgeable and staff is polite. Surgery went great, no problems afterwards.
