Rude, arrogant and not willing to help or listen to my problem. Don't try getting help if an emergency occurs on a weekend.

Dr Cooper is very arrogant and unhelpful. He has a very matter of fact and unfriendly attitude. There are other Doctors in the practice (pretty much everyone else) that are much nicer and just as good or better at treating you. I will go to urgent care if he is the only doctor available to see; especially if the appointment if for my kids.

Deceitful and inappropriate insurance billing practices. I was a Kaiser Permanente member for 16 years and decided to move to Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I was actually referred to Dr. Cooper by my previous physician. I made an appointment with the Doctor Cooper for no reason but solely meet/interview him. The meeting lasted no more than 10 minutes and I stated and felt that he would be a good fit. The Doctor informed me that there would be no charge as well as the receptionist. The practice billed my insurance regardless of this. I truly believe that the Doctor was not aware of this but one of his office staff was rude and belligerent which is a direct reflection of Dr Cooper. Although I paid nothing my insurance company did which is not right nor legal.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Cooper just a few hours after I called, even though I was a new patient. It was great to get to see the doctor quickly since I was feeling so sick. He was really friendly & helped me with prescriptions I needed.

Dr Cooper is a very knowledgeable, and respectful doctor. Our whole family see's him and he is great with the kids as well! Wouldnt go to anyone else!
