She has been my son's doctor for 11 years now, since he was a baby. We have always been happy with Dr. Cox. She is very nice and knowledgeable and great with kids. My son loves her! The staff has gotten worse over the years, now they ask me to fill out the same detailed form every time we come in even if it as only been a few months and nothing has changed. Not happy with the current staff but Dr. Cox and the other doctors are great.

We really Love Dr Cox She's a great Dr and wonderful to the whole family. She is great at making a worried mother feel better and making a sick child feel better by giving us the right path to follow. I recommend her to everyone i can

Dr. Cox is a wonderful physician and warm person. She is well informed and aa a young mother herself related well to me. I totally disagree with the comment that she only cares about how many patients she sees, spending all the time needed to answer my questions.

Although the staff isn't the most wonderful, Dr. Cox is a great doctor. She has been seeing our daughter since the day she was born, she is 2 now. She is very knowledgable & caring, she never ever rushes out and no question is ever to minor or stupid. We are first time parents and are very pleased with our choice. We have seen a couple other doctors there that were ok, but no where near as nice as Dr.Cox. Like I said the desk staff could defintley be more pleasant and helpful especially on the phone. They are pretty poor at the desk, but the care that Dr. Cox provides is worth the inconsiderate staff at times. Dr.Cox is also very accesable by phone which is one thing we really love and she has always followed up whenever she needed to and is always prompt with return calls.

They seem only to be interested in how many kids can be seen in a day. We felt talked down to, rushed, and stupid. We are first time parents and have many questions. We were made to feel like out questions were stupid and no thought was given to them at all. I am looking for a new practice.
