Brilliant!! Straight up, direct and no BS with an excellent bedside manner - all the things I admire in a surgeon. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes and I could not be happier with the outcome.

The staff are all excellent and very professional, which is a genuine bonus.

Dr Ben Connell gave me a heads up on an issue prior to surgery. Fortunately I was in good care with results that were amazing. Dr. Connell clearly communicated what was involved and what could be achieved. Like most people, I was anxious about eye surgery but soon realised that I was in good hands. Dr. Connell is experienced in laser assisted surgery and I was glad to have that extra accuracy.
