Was almost always late when I arrived to my appointments on time. Staff were not often on reception and myself and other customers were left to wait outside of building until he arrived. I received laser treatment for tattoo removal. One session left me horrifically scarred when the laser caught fire to the gel (which must've contained some sort of alcohol?) that he applied prior to the laser. Would never go back and would never recommend him to anyone. No compensation, apology, was received, I was too traumatised to go back.
