Dr and staff have a difficult manner. I felt like I wasn’t listened to, and certain aspects of my condition were ignored.

I have a nerve stimulator, implanted by Dr Green 10 yrs ago which works extremely well. I have Bilateral Rhizolysis on my lower lumber region regularly with Dr Green who understands my pain needs and has done for quite a number of years now. Dr Greens and his staff are awesome. The reception staff at the Pain Med Centre have very limited customer service skills and have not progressed in anyway since the centre opened.
Dr Green is a knowledgeable, trustworthy and excellent specialist in his field. I now reside interstate and am nervous about searching for a new Pain Specialist. Keep up your GREAT work Dr Green.

I have been seeing Dr Green for a number of years & have total trust in him. In my opinion he is an excellent specialist in his field and helped me with pain relief. He is always ready to try something different and likes a challenge. In my case he has never given up, with the result being a minimal amount of pain. All the negative feedback is utter rubbish, you should be ashamed of yourselves. He does not carry a magic wand & poof you are better. I highly recommend Dr Green & would not go to anyone else.

I had suffered with chronic pain for years and thought it was from a skin condition, however Dr Green correctly diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and gave me HEAPS of resources, reading materials, websites, you name it! He also drew out a very detailed treatment plan and asked me if I was comfortable trying the more extreme option since he thought it would help me the most. He was open to listen to my concerns and answered all questions.

I was in hospital for 5 days for a Ketamine infusion and when they wanted to check my symptoms with him, he responded within half an hour with instructions. My pain will never be cured but it has no doubt improved thanks to Dr Green.

Waiting times can be a bit extreme and it is not comfortable given they have clients dealing with pain. The staff are mostly nice but there have been one or two receptionists that were unhelpful and disinterested. The nurses are very friendly and accurate with what they write down and ask good questions.

I think those who have negatively rated Dr Green forget that there is a high demand for Pain Specialists and not enough Drs. He has to spread his time amongst all of his clients and he is obviously a very busy man, which is not his fault. I still feel as though he cares and thinks about the treatment plans. He has however failed to contact my gp on one or two occasions

Dr Green and Pain Med SA are jointly the worst health care professionals I have ever had to deal with. Apart from being on hold for over an hour most times I call, reception staff are unhelpful and do not care about patient needs at all. Dr Green is non-responsive, unhelpful, takes no initiative in his consults, and treats his patients as cash cows who are merely irritations to his vacation schedule. I have never experienced anything quite like the inadequacy of this clinic and Dr Green. I would rather fester in teh public health system than deal with this group of people every again. Do NOT use this man as your primary pain physician and whatever you do, DO NOT, use Pain med SA as your clinic.

This NOT see this man he is a quack! Do not waste your money. I have had a long time pain problem for nearly a decade due to auto immune conditions go to him for a review and possible med change as the ones i was on makes me sick and does nothing. There is no give in this man he is a absolute horrible human being, my gp never got a report from him months later.
You get better treatment in the public system so why waste your money on this prick. DONT!

Absolutely brilliant. My husband was a pain to live with until Matthew seen him and gave him the treatment that has made life bearable. He listens and knows what the problem is and is very compassionate. Answers any questions you ask. Could not fault him.

I have had none of the bad comments that some of this patients are giving and of course back pain is real
