Dr. Cumberford has been doing checkups on my daughter for 3 years now (we followed him to his silver springs clinic) and he is great. My little girl actually likes going to the dentist, which is a big deal because I am a big chicken.b

Thank you for your kind note. I have given notice at my current office, and have partnered with an office in the SW. I will be there for the rest of my career, so no more moving or changing offices.

Out of respect for the current clinic, I cannot ask individual patients to follow me. With that said, it is a patient's own choice who they continue their ongoing dental preventative care with.

Thank you again for letting me help your family the past past 3 years with your dental health.

Dr. Cumberford for me is the best dentist! He is so passionate with his work, very patient in explaining things before he do the procedure and above all else he cares for his patient. He is a dentist with a heart. Highly recommended!

Dr. Cumberford has been treating me over 3 years now. I can't say enough about Dr. Cumberford. I had an implant placed and was a bit worried but the surgery went very smoothly with little or no pain during the surgery or post-op. He called me several times to follow up on my recovery and was happy to take the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. DrCumberford is very knowledgable and really wants to help you save money. He SAVED me $2700 . he was able to use my existing partial denture instead of getting a new one.I highly reccomend Dr. Cumberford for any dental surgery you may require. He is honest, caring and always there for you to help . Keep it up Cumberford.

Greg booked me to have 11 fillings done. After having the first 6 I got a second opinion from my (out of town)family dentist. Of all the work that was recommended my family dentist said he would do one cavity. This man needlessly drilled out 6 cavities in my mouth and was going to do 10 more. His only desire is to get as much money from you as possible.

He phoned me repeatedly to check on my condition. That is the only reason he's not getting a 1 for helpfulness.

I will never recommend him to anyone.

Thank you for giving me the chance to reply. Every cavity that I fill, I take a photograph of the decay, and show my patients afterwards, so it surprises me to read something like this.

I do utilize digital x-rays on an enlarged high-definition TV monitor, which allows me to see the decay in far greater detail than conventional x-rays, which other dental offices may still use. Before I upgraded my diagnostic equipment, I too often felt that way, ultimately letting a cavity get bigger until I could see it on the older technology.

Dental cavities, once through the outer protective layer (enamel) are not reversible. At that point, it financially makes more sense to fix the cavity rather than let the cavity continue to grow to the point of requiring a root canal or extraction (both more expensive options than the preventative dental filling). Patients are characterized on their risk of decay, and I can assure you that all work I completed was necessary.

After any procedure that involves more than 3 teeth I phone patients to follow up with them. It is something I would want someone to do for me.

I highly recommend Dr. Greg Cumberford and the stuff at Spring Hill dental centre. Earlier this year I had to get a tooth extracted where Dr. cumber furred did a bone graft, and we let it heal. I was pretty nervous about the procedure going in, but he was very patient and calm, answering all my questions before we started. Fast forward a few months, Dr. Cumberford put the dental implant in, and there was almost no pain afterwards! That is a big deal to me, as I don't like going to the dentist, and I don't like unnecessary pain. We just finished he crown part of the dental implant and I was surprised at how easy everything was. My new tooth works great and it was a way better experience than I expected. Highly recommended.

Dr. Cumberford performed a root canal on me earlier this week. There was no pain during the actual root canal and I was only been a tiny bit tender afterwards which went away in a few days. What I was impressed with the most is how well he explained the procedure and how patient he was. I am a bit of a chicken at the dentist and Dr Cumberford even took some pictures of the deep cavity as he went, showing me the infected areas of the tooth and why the root canal was needed. I've had root canals in the past from my old dentist, but one was by far the most comfortable. i would definitely recommend Dr. Cumberford as well as his staff. His assistant Arlene was very comforting and even got me a blanket when she noticed I was a bit cold. Thank you again.

I had a broken crown replaced at Silver Springs Dental and the experience was excellent. Dr. Cumberford and all his support staff were fantastic and very attentive to my needs. My previous dentist of several years decided to retire and I was not happy with his replacement. I was not looking forward to finding a new dentist and was putting it off until a crown broke and it was time to act quickly . I did some extensive online research and found Dr. Cumberford's ratings to be very high. My first experience with everyone at Silver Springs Dental was great. First impressions were very good and after a few more visits, continue to exceed my expectations. I feel comfortable and at ease with Dr. Cumberford and the staff at Silver Springs Dental and look forward to a long relationship everyone. I would highly recommend Dr. Gregory Cumberford!

Dr. Cumberford has been treating my children and I for 2 years now and I cannot say enough about him. He genuinely cares about his patients and he take the time to explain the options with the pros and cons. He did a crown on a tooth I broke last month and it feels great. Highly recommended!
