Dr. Eleni Papanagnu is an excellent ophthalmologist, she was always able to answer my questions very clearly and honestly. I saw her several times at the Eye Health MD in Montreal. She is also always taking the time needed and that is priceless in my opinion. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Papanagnu gave me my life back. I had strabismus for many years. She put my eyes back straight. It took about an hour in the operating room and then she worked on me when it was over to make it perfect. Highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is kind, patient and has a sense of humor, which helps with the anxiety. One of a kind. The waiting list for surgery is long but worth it.

terrible communication. Says... oh well it might get better with time. Sends for a second opinion... and nothing... no results, no phone call. She's terrible with any empathy... doesnt care. she may be highly rated to some... but it seems it depends how she's feeling that day. Her attitude seems to change like the weather. I fought to get a second opinion from other ophtamologist who was more than happy to take us on and fix the double vision. She is def not worth the 4 hr wait

My visit to Dr. Eleni Papanagnu was very helpful. I was suffering from double visit in my left eye and no one else could figure out the problem. She was professional and friendly. I never felt rushed. She was very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain my results to me. I've seen many specialists in the past and she is by far the most patient and personable one so far.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Eleni Papanagnu. I found the communication (fluent French, English and Greek) and interaction to be very friendly and respectful. I went to about 10 different ophtalmologists and optometrists the past 2 years and none of them did a prescription that made me see so clearly and make my eyes feel much more relax than any other prescription I got. My appointment was on a day when there was a snow storm so some other clients did not show up. She decided to use this opportunity to spend my time with me to make sure she did the most precise lenses prescription possible. So I am very greatful that I met Eleni Papanagnu.

Total disrespect from the minute you walk in the clinic until the minute you leave. I was hearing the staff argue when it was time for them to leave and no one stayed behind to treat the clients who were still waiting in the waiting room, waited 2.5 hours before the dr. even saw me and was given attitude on top of it. The clients always show up early and when they complain about having to wait 2.5 hours , instead of an apology , I hear “ umm it ‘s 2 hours not 2.5 okay madame!” No help from dr. Either

I was referred to Dr. Papanagnu for cataracts. My appointment was at the Eye Health clinic in Montreal. I agree with the comments below on punctuality. My appointment was delayed as well. I don't know if this is the fault of the clinic or the doctor.
Anyhow, Dr Papanagnu took the time to explain my situation which due to fact that I have "lazy eye" is not typical. She answered all my questions. She will operate me on the cataracts, so to be continued...

Dr Papanagnu n'est pas dans la région de Rochester comme semble l'indiquer le site mais dans la région de Montréal QC. Compétente mais un respect des heures de rendez-vous en clinique serait apprécié de la part de ses patients

Elle vient tout juste de m'opérer pour une première cataracte. Professionnelle, sympathique, humaine, elle ne nous bouscule pas, ne nous parle pas de haut, c'est clair que je la recommande.
Vision 20/20 après l'opération :) Merci Dr Papanagnu :)
