Dr. Dooley is the best ENT Doctor there is. He cares, he listens and he saved my mother's life. Our whole family goes to him and we are a big family. If you need a good ENT he is the best there is.

Dooley performed ear surgery on both of my ears with positive results. Very professional. When my son had ear problems Dooley did the tubes and put a quick end to any ear problems for him. Dooley said we were one of his first father - son tag teams. Excellent doctor in an era whereby many doctors are average at best.

Outstanding, experienced physician. Top notch diagnostic skills. Excellent communicator, good listener, and strong sense of ethics. 20+ years of experience with this Dr. and never any problems. If you have to wait, staff keeps you informed. Better to wait for a Dr. who knows his stuff, than be rushed through at the expense of a thorough assessment of your problems.

I went to go see John for a ear infection that I had. I was flying to Seattle the next day and it was about 5:30 pm and he saw me right away, actually stayed a little later than normal. He was excellent, and I would never go to anyone else. If you want someone who knows his stuff..... which is the most important thing, not the punctuality, John is the man.

Dr.Dooley has an excellent reputation , however his appointment scheduler has no sense of time managment. I called twice before my appointment to remind them that I was leaving work for this appt. and had to return . I called before I left work to make sure they were on time , they said they were . I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appt. time . I arrived @2:00 and wasn't acknoledged by staff for 35 min. then was given paperwork to fill out . I asked several times to be given a guess on how long, so I could call my supervisor , the answer was 30 min - 90 min. I was told that I was next to see Dr. Dooley , then they called another patient , when I asked about this the staff said we made a mistake. After almost 2 hours my supervisor called and said I could stay and wait and be given a sick day or come back to work . I went back to work without ever seeing the mysterious Dr. Dooley.

We have seen him as a family and for surgeries since 1981. Fantastic doctor and great practice overall! Also highly recommend other doctors in his practice. Everyone is great.

I had an ear infection and had been seen by him several times in the past, for surgery, for hearing aids, for my wifes surgery, but when I couldn't get seen for 6 weeks!!! That was the last straw.

Awesome doctor!! Knows his stuff. Fabalous bedside manner. Took care of 2 of my childrens chronic ear infections, & my sinus problems. Does not overstate, says it like it is, honest & is aggressive if needs to be. One child needed aggressive the other we learned faster & went more conservative. It takes awhile to get an appointment for his office, but worth the wait. Office staff is caring & most of the time he runs on time, but if something holds him up the staff is up front & tells you.
