Olivia is very rude and unprofessional. She shows no empathy and acts like the patient is an inconvenience to her day.

Olivia took her time and explained in details cause of sons infection and proper/best treatment for him. She was able to engage in an understanding way for him, ( he's 15 :)). He was feeling better by days end. Staff was friendly and on time. Will see her again at her CHI location.
