total incompotence. It is time for him to retire. There is a reason why he does not have many patients and you can see that when you go into his office. He is old and his mind is gone. Go to another doctor somewhere else. you will be better off! I was told by dr. magee that i had stage II lung cancer. when and got a second opinion, and I had stage IV. Dr. Magee did not even do a biopsy, which is standard. DO NOT SEE THIS PHYSICIAN!

My parents were actually both patients of Dr Magee many years ago. He was instrumental in saving both my parents lives and they have now been cancer free for many years. I cannot say enough positive things about him!

Dr. Magee is a fine, caring, and professional physician. He took his time and answered all my questions, as well as my husband's. He is a unique jewel in this difficult healthcare environment. I highly recommend him!

Dr Magee was polite and seemed to know both my husbands record and his disease. He listened to us and gave him a thorough exam. His treatment plan was understandable and spot on. We recommend him and NMCC highly.

I would have to say that if my life depended on a doctor, I would choose Dr. Magee. I have only had one other doctor in my life that acted like they truely cared, but Dr. Magee takes the cake. My first time to see him. He took a thorough medical history and went over every single thing I wrote down. He looked at my medical records that I brought to him, he examined me. He ordered more test, he just showed urgency with my condition. I was back in his office a week later for the results. There were other issues found unrelated so while he's in the room with us he actually picks up the phone and calls my main physician (by the way who is also GREAT!!)to speak with her about his concerns, while we were in the room. I almost past out. They decided together on what my next step should be. Just awesome. If I had to walk 200 miles to see him or even crawl, I would most definitely do it. WONDERFUL DOCTOR WITH COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE AND BEDSIDE MANNER!!! I rate Dr.Magee a million plus.

After my dermatologist diagnosed me with chillblain lupus (from a finger biopsy) she sent me to Dr. Magee (hematologist) for a specific blood test. Rather than do the test I was sent for, Magee instead incorrectly diagnosed me as having low protein C and immediately hospitalized me. Trusting Magee, my family and I wasted tons of time and money trying to treat this. On a later follow-up visit to Magee, he told me he had made a mistake. My protein C was fine and he now thought it was Buerger's disease- yet another incorrect diagnosis. Besides having no idea what he was doing, Magee was also very rude. He acted as though his time was more valuable than mine (keeping me waiting for hours), he talked to me as though I was two (or just plain stupid), and I overheard him talking about me behind my back (on the phone with the hospital he said he thought I was autistic).
